Do you test whole vehicles or components?

Components. Our services are designed for the parts that go into vehicles rather than the complete vehicle. That focus is deliberate — component-level testing gives detailed, specific insight into how an individual ECU, sensor, lighting assembly or telematics unit behaves, which is what a supplier needs in order to act on the result.

They cover opposite halves of automotive EMC. CISPR 25 is emissions — measuring the radiated and conducted noise your component produces, so it does not interfere with the vehicle’s own receivers. ISO 11452 is immunity — exposing the component to RF disturbances and checking it keeps functioning. Most OEM programmes require both.

Yes. Alongside the international standards we test to manufacturer specifications including Ford FMC1278, Rivian RTS.3653 and RTS.3670, Toyota TSC0505G, Harley-Davidson EG-812-22614 and EG812-22613, and Honda’s ASN specification.
